Ready to give your Mahjong skills a royal twist? Royal Siamese Mahjong is an exciting four-player variation of American Mahjong in which each player manages two hands at the same time. The added choices and expanded strategy create a fun new challenge for experienced players. It is also a great way to practice hand development as you evaluate tiles and build two hands simultaneously. If you know how to play American Mahjong, you can play Royal Siamese Mahjong—the rules are nearly identical. Instructions for the Royal Siamese format, game setup, and scoring will be provided. Two sets of racks and two identical sets of tiles will also be provided for this unique game setup. Participants must be able to play American Mahjong independently using National Mah Jongg League rules. Please bring your current NMJL card and come ready to enjoy a lively new way to play!
